The concept of counting calories can be overwhelming, frustrating and self defeating for many people. But when combined with calorie shifting - it can lead to incredible success for anyone trying to lose body fat and achieve a sexy and fit body - along with a sound mind and a strong spirit.


One of the best ways to use calories is by physical exercise. The most effective exercises that you can do are aerobic and resistance training. The first exercises deliver oxygen to your muscles such as jogging,swimming, bicycling, hiking or any other form of cardio routines. The second exercises (like lifting weights) really don't need any oxygen with intense jolts of action fueled by energy in your muscles. 


Not all food with calorie can give bad effect to our health.
